Works great
I bought this then I got a 200gram weight that also worked well with this set up. Definitely pick up if your using a RS2/3 with a big camera.

Fits perfectly on a ronin rs2. No complaints and exactly what I needed to balance my Sony fs5 with various lenses. It’s perfect and doesn’t loosen up. Very sturdy and a great product

Has helped me balance smartphones on small gimbals
When I connect a USB-C microphone to my smartphone, it was difficult to balance the setup on a small gimbal.This plate with holes in various locations, allows me to attach weights and balance the rig easily.

Clamp doesn't work with moza AirCross2. But weights do
Clamps too large for the moza AirCross 2. The L bracket and the sides too small for the clamps. The weights fit tho .
