Works great for our moderate busy level lounge. It does pull a bit of electricity because when we have both fryers plugged in it pops the breaker. So we can only use one fryer at a time. But this is a little fryer that could and has! It heats up fast, is overall easy to clean, and is decent for the size (we can do a few orders of calamari without issue).

I was dumb to buy the double thinking it was such a good deal but I never have used both it’s just too much oil. I’d highly recommend for most folks to buy the single.It comes apart easily and cleans nicely to keep nice. The thermostat is accurate and it functions very well. I would recommend this purchase with the sense to not get the double. After using the messes were all on the inside and it makes for a safe operation.

I have owned several deep fryers over the years. In the past, I had purchased units designated for home use. I replaced one of them because it could not reach the temperature it was rated for. A second one I replaced, even though the temperature was fine because its capacity was so small if I was serving to more than one person it would take multiple batches. I purchased this fryer because of its capacity (I use about 1.2 gallons of oil per side).I have used this fryer several times since I purchased it. Its capacity is good; however, it requires a higher wattage power supply than is found in most home outlets. Practically, if the second heating element is turned on when the fryer is plugged into the ordinary household current, a breaker trips immediately. This is one of the reasons I believe that the fryer is marketed as a commercial machine. I believe A50 amp circuit would be adequate to power both elements simultaneously.I believe the second reason this machine is marketed as a commercial product is that it depends on the exhaust fan and filter setup of a commercial kitchen to manage the amount of oil released into the environment. If used in a home kitchen, everything within its vicinity soon acquires a fine oil Sheen, and the cooking odors permeate the whole home. I discovered this effect through empirical research.After the first trial, I purchased a 30x30” stainless-steel food prep table and placed it outside on the deck. Since I have done that the oil Sheen issue and the cooking odor issue no longer pertain.I particularly wish to acknowledge the seller (Kwartz LLC) for their excellent customer service. I reported a minor issue to them and received an immediate offer from this seller to replace the item. Before accepting the offer, I asked a technician to troubleshoot it and the issue was resolved in under 5 minutes at no cost, so a replacement was not necessary.Given that the product is designated for commercial use I do not consider the power issue and odor issues to be significant. I did consider the difficult cleaning and unprotected sharp edges when I assigned my overall rating. The actual oil pans and fryer baskets are easily cleaned in the dishwasher; it is the base and heating units that are difficult to clean.

This unit is perfect for me. Clams, fried fish, appetizers, homemade corn dogs. Works great!

This deep fryer is so awesome. It cuts the cook time in half with the double sides. I had no issues with assembly. The size was perfect. The lid closure allows nothing to get in and you can place it back on while your items are cooking. The design is sleek and allows for easy storage. Easy to function

I bought this dual deep fryer to help with a fundraiser that I was doing and let me tell you, this has beyond exceeded my expectations! We used this deep fryer the first day for 6 hours straight and no problems. It heats up fast and definitely love that it has to separate frying bins for chicken or fish! I definitely recommend and would buy again! Best deep fryer and easy to setup
