I knew the benefits of Maca and Ashwagandha from my heavy weight training days. I decided to try this compound. I left it out for my son (18) to try as well. He has difficulty sleeping which causes anxiety and depression. I wasn’t aware he was taking them until he came to me and stated he noticed the little things weren’t annoying him any more. That was huge. Nothing we’ve tried had an effect before. I’ve noticed he’s been up and active more often. Today he came home in a seemingly better mood. Usually it’s straight to bed and I don’t see him for a while. Even though he said he was tired he helped me fill the firewood boxes before a storm (a lot of wood), he fed the dogs, cleaned his room and even did the dishes. He cleaned up a mess one of the dogs made. Which almost never happens without a direct request.He’s been taking the supplement for about 3 weeks.I will be purchasing more!
