While the images of foods in various weights are informative, they can be a tad overwhelming. A standard 100g reference alongside the different options would’ve simplified the calculations. Moreover, the absence of more comprehensive data on sugar and fats feels like a missed opportunity.All in all, this book truly shines as a reference guide for anyone needing to watch their carb intake. From casual family meals to dining out at national chains, it helps keep you on track. Highly recommended!

Very Informative!
Great book, really informative and has so many foods in there, great selection.Good balance of information and photos so really easy to identify where you could be going wrong!Also has good range of gluten free foods included.

Practical reference
I needed some practical advice, this was OK fir me. Helped alot. Wasn't expensive, nice pictures and informative. It is not list of everything food related but it is a start and I liked it i still use it now and then

Clear and concise.
What an amazing book! Used with a good set of kitchen scales, it is easy to work out your calories and food values. It's very reassuring to know my protein intake, being elderly. I can even refer to this book for my dog's nutritional needs, as she eats only human grade fresh food. Very easy to follow, and concise.I would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to monitor their diets!
