Super Solid Bands - Love These!
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but these bands are way better than I hoped. I got the heavier set (450lbs), and it seriously feels like a legit workout. Handles are comfy, everything feels sturdy, and I can switch up exercises easily. I’ve even brought them on trips. Definitely worth it if you’re working out at home or on the go.

Better than the lighter weight versions
This set considerably sturdier than a lighter version I tried first, so worth the extra few bucks. I was replacing a single cord that had worn after several years, am sure these will last at least as long and the heavier options in this set are more appropriate for even an average user (I am not a bodybuilder, just average build doing daily workout). In general these bands are nowhere near the labeled resistance levels so def better to size up so you get decent level of resistance. Handles also sturdier and more comfortable.

There great period,
I put a lot of abuse on them . They don’t break give you a great work to jump from one exercise after the other. Only down side not length adjustable especially if your short. If your 6’ or taller you got it made me I have to stand in a bench to get the most of my curls and squats. If your 5’or shorter I would get their short bands other wise these cables are excellent.

These things are exactly how the picture looks they are good quality extremely good material, durable, designed well, I get a good effective workout with The bands, with the foam grip it makes it a lot easier on the hands, whereas some come with a plastic grip that's not comfortable, The packaging it came in was nice and tidy

Good quality
Simple yet good. The weights are in good increments. The resistance bands are sturdy and feel like good quality. The attachments are even better. They are well built, comfortable and a perfect size. Given the weight variety, this allows for a very versatile work program. It even comes with a nice chart
