2 Button Car Key Fob Cover Replacement For Toyota Aygo with blank Blade Remote Key Case Shell

My son managed to lose the rubber covers of the switches on his Toyota key head. I was able to take the key head from this and replace the one from the Toyota key, really good fit and no problem putting the key back together.I’ll keep the other half of the key head and the key blank for when he damages these :-).

This item does exactly what I bought it for. I have a Toyota Aygo 2014 model. The buttons had worn out on my key fob and using this replacement I now have new buttons that work perfectly.I found it easy to swap the original key parts to the new case it's nice and solid.

Works perfectly , easy to set up

Good enough quality, the main circuit board fits in perfectly, but there's nothing to hold the ignition chip in place. It has the right shaped recess but doesn't have the little bit of plastic sticking out to actually hold the chip in place. This meant it would slip out and rattle around in the fob after a couple of hours in my pocket. Not ideal.Fortunately as another reviewer's pointed out, the side with the buttons clips into the old fob okay, although with a little overlap. It's perfectly functional this way and has the added bonus of still having the Toyota logo on the fob if that matters to you. You could always put a dab of glue on the chip to hold it in place I suppose, but I wasn't keen on this as it seems pretty fragile. Like most people who buy these I suspect, I only needed it for the button covers!
