I was having neck problems so tried a few different pillows, some costing over £100. Of them all this one is the best. It's the right height for side sleeping and fixed my neck pain. It's firm but comfortable. Some go too deep and affect breathing, but not here. It stays cool too, often a problem with memory foam.

Very comfortable but very thick

So I’m actually writing this..... can’t believe it, but here it is...... this pillow may have just changed my life! I suffer from arthritis. Not to bad, but my neck really gives me problems. And when I get out of bed, you’d think I was 80, not just short of 50. Working as an A&E doc, I have a crazy shift pattern, so that has totally messed up my sleep pattern. Add to that the neck pain,and sleep has become a big issue for me. But it looks like it’s all now fixed! I used the pillow for the first time today, having worked a gruelling night shift. No pain, no trying to find a comfortable position. Straight off to sleep! And I when I woke up, no creaking and slow movements. I almost leapt out of bed (ok, it’s good, but the arthritis is still there and even a great pillow ain’t curing that! - my leaping days are over).My head sinks into pillow, leaving my neck supported. It is quite soft, but I think it needs to be, to enable that kind of moulding. Previous memory foam pillows have had no give, so they didn’t work for me. I also have a very thin feather pillow under it, to get the exact height I need. It’s got a bit of a chemical smell, but that will fade. All in all, an excellent purchase!

Says cooling pillow but not finding it very cooling , other than that it's very comfortable

Firm and comfortable, cool for menopausal ladies. Best I've found and I've tried a lot.

It looks like a being a nice pillow ---------- When we can bring it in the house.It stinks of chemicals and it is impossible to have this under your nose. When will manufacture peoplelearn to air off the products well, before sending them out.update Bought 4th October 2021 it is now 22nd November and the pillow still has a stink on it ... not as bad but still there. I just want to use the pillow, but can't as the stink makes my sinuses go to town. ! ! !update: it is now 18th March and the smell is still there. I can smell it when i lay down in spite of putting an extra 2 pillow protectors made of tightly woven cotton and a pillow case. Also, the pillow splits. It has 3 splits - one larger one which i have glued together with foam rubber glue and two more which have appeared. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. WORTHY OF A CHEAPER PRICE FOR A CHEAP PILLOW. TOO LATE NOW FOR SENDING IT BACK SO I AM STUCK WITH IT.IT IS NOW 3RD SEPTEMBER 2022 AND IT STILL STINKS. ALMOST A YEAR AFTER BUYING IT. i HAVE HAD TO MAKE COVERS WITH SOFT WATERPROOF LININGS TO STOP THE SMELL DURING THE NIGHT. I HAVE TO CHANGE IT EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS TO STOP IT. BAD PURCHASE. WILL STICK TO HOLLOW FIBRE PILLOWS IN FUTURE.

First night sleep with this pillow was the best I e had in a while. Now this May suit my sleeping needs it may not suit everyone’s so please chooses carefully.
