total waste of money - no sound from speakers and goes into shut down mode without warning -DO NOT buy this i wish i had taken more notice of other revues before i wasted my money have now passed it on to be used as spare parts as too much hassle to return it .

I ordered the TPSPAD Windows Tablet, for my wife as she needed something to mainly watch her streaming services on but also handy to have downstairs for work emails and the like.I have read some of the reviews of this product and I was a little worried, however for the simple tasks she is using it for its absolutely fine.Setup is straight forward. If youve ever set a PC up before then its the same thing.I have noticed it runs a little hot when used for a while which is a bit worrying and ill be keeping a close eye on that and will report back if it becomes an issue!We haven't and wont be playing games on it and it seems to run fine with no lag but again… weren’t not challenging its processor at all.The battery is disappointing. Not lasting more than a couple of hours but Ive had much more expensive tablets run for around the same time. We have a charge point on the breakfast bar where this is primarily used so its not a big issue. If youre going to be unplugged a lot though then this might be a deal breaker.The back stand is useful too, much better than having it laying flat… although it is a little flimsy. Slightly worries it could break but so far its been fine.Sure theres cheaper tablets out there but this has a windows operating system and means we have the flexibility of installing productivity apps you wouldn't be able to do on android systems. The fact it is windows makes this one of the cheapest on the market and so I didn’t expect it to blow my mind. It does what my wife wants it to do so im happy.

This product is brand new and the sound is not working, which is useless.This product gets very hot in little time.I did not take pictures or video the damage because it is not visible.This product has been handled in the correct way and used for its intended purpose.It is a software problemNow my family member, who I purchased this for is being extremely inconvenienced, because I have to send it back for repairs.The window to send it back closed two weeks ago and today it is malfunctioning.This should not be happening to an expensive item such as this. It has barely been six weeks. It is supposed to be a reputable brand, therefore I believe the seller is at fault. I never usually stray from the brand of electrical I purchase, because of things like this occurring.BUY WINDOWS FROM WINDOWSNOT JISUCAI. Then this rubbish will not happen to you.

This is terrible. Had a dodgy windows installed and unable to update. Task bar and start page keeps randomly opening. Now and again the comm prompt keeps opening multiple times. Switches off and restarts during menial tasks. 0 out of 10 would be minus stars if I could.

Even with the anounced RAM size my child can't run fortnite on it and therefore I think I'll return it.
