These inserts have helped relieve my foot pain quite a bit when I wear them in my boots. Stay put pretty well which is a big plus. Seem to be good quality.

These are too narrow for a woman’s foot so I have no idea how they’re also supposed to fit men. Otherwise the materials seem nice.

Not only do these correct my gait, I feel stable with every step. I have them in half a dozen pairs of shoes.

I walk on the sides of my feet (mainly the right side) and I have really low arches because of it. But these insoles fixed both issues and I love the results even though it was uncomfortable for the first wear.Pros: Great insoles that do just as described and I could really tell a major difference after the first time.Cons: The first wear is uncomfortable and my feet hurt for a couple days but the second wear they just felt like normal insoles.

I ordered a sole for supination for size 11 shoes. I put them in my shoes and they are so narrow my little toes hang off the sides. Very narrow and disappointing for size to fit an 11 shoe.

Because of the back yard being so rough i tend to walk on the sides of my feet. These really help straighten my feet and they don't hurt by the time I'm done mowing.

To my surprise it does work for my sligtly Supinated feet. I have several pair of shoes and I am going to buy some more of these inexpensive insoles. Worth tying for yourself.
