Fast, quiet and dependable
I was a little hesitant at buying this first as I was going to use this to run my computer business, but this thing has outperformed all my expectations. This little box is fast, quiet and very reliable. Also, as a plus side, you can open it up and upgrade your rim and SSD Hard Drive.

Component failed after 9 months but Geekom service was exceptional
Died after 9 months. Would not boot to any media. That said, Geekom customer service was OUTSTANDING. They kept in contact daily. Once I explained the symptoms observed, they provided a postage paid return label next day, and processed a full refund for the unit within a few days. I replaced it with the same model, as their product fulfils our requirements. the A5 model is small, very quiet, has a good selection of ports, and this served perfectly well as a light-use MS Office and web surfing platform.

AMD Great Chip
Once you get windows 11 updated, ran into a minor issue with Bluetooth, which was to install a different driver. Otherwise, the units work for me. No other issues. Performance is very close to a 5600G, and most of my application are windows 11 office, Visual Studio Code, and Visual Studio 2022. Performance is More than acceptable, my old machine was an I5-6500, and this one run circles around it. Heat highest so far was 70C running the windows running windows security full scan. WiFi works well, and I really like the small size over the old full cases.

Bought 1, loved it, bought a 2nd one
This is a great computer - it's small, fast , quiet.Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed and the setup is automated which is a nice bonusThe CPU itself is similar to what you would find in a laptop, but for it to be this small and quiet that's an expected trade-off. It's one of the better cpu's that you will find at this price.I bought 1, took it for a test drive, then bought a 2nd one to replace the mother-in-law's (very old) computer

It works great
it is a great little machine, easy to set up handles all the information that I have. Also, there is enough porch to handle my speakers cameras monitors.I was definitely impressed by what it does and how easy it is to work with
