No, they're a solid red colour.

I have a skateboard, not a penny board just a normal skateboard the wooden ones, will these fit onto it? And will Bone red bearings fit into the slot?

don't listen to the others you can fit these on your skateboard. id say that on a normal skateboard you can run anything up to around 62mm but anything bigger than that you may need risers for. and all bearing fit all wheels too so don't worry about that either.
