I was so hesitant to purchase this because I use my current bench to hip thrust. I also have the BC hip thrust machine but lent it to my sister and she’s been using regularly so I didn’t have the heart to ask for it back. Anyway, I saw this box and the positive reviews. I’m a female 5’2 for reference and I loved the size. Initially, I thought it was small but I’ve used it for many other exercises including hip thrusting. The great thing is I can add heavy weights to my barbell and the box is sturdy it stays in place when I thrust which was a challenge on my regular bench. I use this box for rows, split squats, I sit on it for chest press… possibilities are endless. I LOVE this box! So worth every penny.

I have been struggling with hip thrust because I am a short girl. This has solved my problem. It does slide if you don’t have it up against a wall or something sturdy.

Strong and versatile. Perfect for the workouts I was trying to accomplish. Highly recommend.
