Each package contains 10 individual "wads" of these noodles. I find that one "wad" is enough noodles for a batch of soup to feed two people, with veggies and protein thrown in the pot. You could use whatever broth you want, from basic chicken or beef, to tonkatsu, miso, tom yum, tom kha, pho, etc.I love rice vermicelli, too, but mung bean glass noodles are a bit lighter (not just in color), and showier. With the cost these days of groceries, I like keeping a bunch of shelf stable items in the pantry, and for those of us who prefer lighter Asian food to heavy Italian pasta, this is a good choice to keep on hand.

I purchased these to make Hawaiian chicken long rice soup and they were perfect in every way. I like that they are wrapped in small bundles. Easy to use. Tasted great (they pick up whatever you soak them in). Very happy - One package will last me a very long time - but I would buy these again.

I looked up the instructions and followed them by 1. soaking in cold water for 10-15 minutes, then rinse, soak in boiling water for 10 minutes, rinse again then they are ready to use. They are delicious with stir fry or like in the photo, in chicken soup with mushrooms, carrots and mung bean garnish. I did not know these are made of mung beans and did not know until I researched it long after using them. They taste so good and so much like real noodles. Someone here said to boil them or you'll get stomach cramps after but I found that soaking, rinsing then soaking in boiling water seemed to do the trick.

This was a very thought out product. Portion-controlled Packaging, easy to prepare and quite delicious. I will be ordering this again in the future.

This is a fun noodle to use in recipes, whether Asian salads or just any American dish that has sauce. They are packaged in bundles which make them easy to grab in serving sizes.

I can no longer find these close to home. They used to be really cheap. i am glad I found them!

The Amazon description did not include the nutritional break down but indicated it was made from mung beans. Although the ingredients on the package state the product is made of mung beans and peas it has zero protein in the package nutrient breakdown. I bought it because it is supposed to have more protein than rice noodles that are similar. Other bean noodles like this one include protein from the beans. This product is not returnable.

Can be used for a multitude of dishes and cuisines. So easy to prepare and I’ve always had perfect noodles. These are the most dependable and perfect noodles for anything! Absolutely love them!
