Worst-Smelling Product I Have Ever Used, but Ingredients are Nice
If you are going to use this product, you need to prepare yourself for the smell. I have never used a skincare product that smelled so bad - I am not sure why Dennis Gross Skincare didn’t add some fragrance to this product to cover up whatever this smell is, because it is bad. It has a sharp, acrid scent that I cannot place, but it may remind me of chemicals used in perming or hair coloring. Now scent aside, this is a nicely formulated serum. It includes a ton of beneficial ingredients that work alongside the main ingredient - salicylic acid. It is easy to apply with a built-in pump. I like the ingredients list & can get past the smell, simply because I chase this product with a better smelling one. However, if you are using this alone, you may not be able to tolerate it.

Great product. Questionable sellers on Amazon
Great product. Questionable sellers on Amazon. I just opened this bottle after finishing the first one I purchased from the dr Dennis website. It is completely dried out and empty. They sold me a used, almost empty product. Go directly to the website. Do not buy from this seller

SMELLS OFFENSIVE
This product send to work ok on treatment. BUT, THE SMELL IS AWFUL...I CHECKED FOR DIAPER FALLOUT on my hands when I got a wiff of this. Don't care how good it works... I'm not putting something that smells like fecal matter on my face. #DOBETTER

Excellent product!
I apply this to targets spots rather than full face. Repeated applications may be necessary depending on whether I want to fade spots or take care of temporary spots.

Works
Does this product work? Yes, salicylic acid works for a lot of people, it worked pretty well for me - did it cure all of my skin issues? no, cystic acne isn't super affected by it, so it won't take care of everything for me - that being said i can't really justify buying it again at nearly forty per oz. I did look through other reviews to see how others felt about it and a lot of people said the smell bothered them a lot - maybe it's because i've tried a lot of cyctic acne products that smell HORRIBLE, but this is nothing in comparison and doesn't bother me at all - i would suggest doing it before bed and not before a hot date, but i would think that is pretty standard with any acne medication
