The 3 kg weights seem well-made, look good, and are comfortable to handle.As a man in his 70s I felt I should perhaps make an effort to maintain my muscle power. I thought 3 kg might be too light to be of benefit, but handling them makes me feel these were a good choice to get me started. I can always progress to heavier weights if needed, but these will not strain or demoralise me too much as I start off. I must confess that the orange colour really appealed to me as well!
