Well, it seems to be pretty good. I haven't been doing this for very long to notice any dynamic change. I do wish it would mix better in my glass if water though...that's fine though. I'm going to continue with it, I think any kind of good additive to the diet is beneficial.

Amazon said this item was returnable, now it’s saying it is not. This product did not agree with me at all! I only took half a scoop, I couldn’t sleep for 2 days and I have become terribly dehydrated. I drink electrolytes throughly it the day and I woke up very dizzy today!

This does not have a very good taste. It's kinda like medicine.It took about 7 weeks before I began to feel any difference. I spent 7 weeks dragging myself around doing chores until one day I realized this morning I kinda feel good not completely good but better than I had in awhile. But I have not really seen any reduction in the size of my feet and legs. I've decided to stay the course and take it for 6 months.The other problem I have with it is that my skin has dried up. I had been taking some medicine from Christane Northrup which had been hydrating my skin from within and the effects were like a miracle. Well when I started taking the lymph go, I stopped taking it. I thought that they would be perhaps fighting each other. So now I have dry skin again. I'm still going to give the lymph go the full 6 months and see what happens.The lymph go makes me feel physically much better than I did overall.

My nutritional consultant recommended this to help detox my lymphatic system. I'm only on my second order and already feel more energized. It tastes like a tropical drink on a hot sunny day (minus the vodka!). The consistency is super fine and it mixes well. No bittererness or graininess. I highly recommend this to anyone working on improving their overall health.

Right now, I have no opinion on this product. So far it has not made a difference to my condition. So, I cannot say anything bad or good about the product.
