The item stopped working after about three weeks. I tried for about a week to get it going again, but to no avail. Now I look at my return window closed yesterday. So I looks like I’m stuck with this. Do not purchase this item. It doesn’t work.

My clients rave about this bed pad!! They love how it heats and they cannot feel the wires inside to heat it. It doesn’t get too hot where it’s uncomfortable. The cord length is great. My bed is pretty thick and this fits it perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking to elevate your client experience.

Literally broke within 2 months of using the item, just showed an error message in the temperature settings. I was past the return window so I’m stuck with it, so I kept it on my table for cushion support. The other issues are the quality of the plastic, the clip portion up top where the piece in plugged into the blanket itself, snapped off randomly and there seems be cracking happening at the top of the clip in. Literally the cheapest quality table warmer.

This works ok. The heater doesn't heat up much.It fits the bed and is fairly secure. Material isn't as plush as I thought it would be.I know this won't last very long. I'll use it until it does but most likely wouldn't purchase again for my treatment room.
