I have been using these sleep patches for almost 6 months. These are an upgraded version that contain more of the active ingredient melatonin which is good for sleep. I was excited to try these simply because they have more of that hormone which enhances sleep and lets the body know it’s time to shut down.As with the other patches, these seem to help me sleep deeper and longer and return to sleep generally after I wake up if I need to use the bathroom. I have had better sleep and I'm planning to just put a patch on every night. You want to put them on 1/2 hour before retiring but often I forget and just do it a couple of minutes before I go to sleep: they are still as effective.They're very reasonably priced. I love that the active ingredients are all-natural plant-based herbs! We put enough junk into our system because of the preponderance of chemicals laden in our environment, so I was happy to find a true natural based sleep patch.I highly recommend you try them.

YES! I have had trouble sleeping for years and always took something before bed to help like a sleeping pill or benadryl. I was so tired of having to do that and I know its not good to keep doing that. I found these and decided to try them. YAY!! They work great for me!! I put one right at the underside of my wrist, where all those veins are, right near my palm. These are not like the thin square patches. Those came off at night and I had to search for them in my bed. These are more substantial and do not come off. I don't get the sticky residue left on my skin from these either. When I run out of these, I'm definitely repurchasing!!

I purchased these patches because they had the best reviews but were also the most affordable, and they did not disappoint. Other products have a stiff, hard to remove sticker but these are a nice soft, flexible sticker that is both easy to remove in the AM, but does not come unstuck throughout the night. They have a pleasant smell. I like to place them on my foot so it's not too strong for me. They have a very cute design and are super easy to use. I have a lot of difficulty sleeping and have tried everything, and believe that these have helped me sleep better. Nothing will be a miracle but if you have difficulty with sleep, absolutely give these a shot. They are good quality at an affordable price for 42 patches. I brought these with me traveling and loved them.

Received on 5/23 and applied to clean dry skin around 10 pm each night and went to bed about 30 min later. Per my Fitbit, here is when I first fell asleep: 5/23 at 11:23 PM; 5/24 at 3:52 AM; 5/25 at 2:59 AM; 5/26 at 12:14 AM; 5/27 at 2:09 AM; 5/28 at 2:28 AM; 5/29 at 2:44 AM. The last one, I put on 2 patches to see if that would help. Last night I did not use and first sleep was at 1:17 AM. They have now been thrown away.

I have had trouble falling and staying asleep for as long as I can remember, and I have tried more OTC sleep aids then I can count. I chose to buy these because of the great reviews and good price. I'm happy I bought these, I like how there not hard to remove but don't come off in my sleep. The best thing about these is they work I am asleep within the hour and don't have problems waking up. They also dont give me that hangover feeling like others do. I will continue buy these and recommended them over other sleep patches.

Didn’t do much for me, girlfriend says I still snored with it. I didn’t feel more rested.So I give them a thumbs down for not working and a thumbs up for marketing. They lied about there products but they were convincing

I do not write many reviews, but this product worked so well for me, that I felt the need to share. I have been a horrible insomniac for years, and got these patches out of desperation to try helpnwith sleep and had very low expectations. However, these patches have been amazing! They haven't eradicated 100% of my insomnia, but a good 85%.......better then any other methodologies.....EVER! Natural and inexpensive this solution has been a miracle!!
