I surprised my husband with this gift. At first he seemed a bit overwhelmed..the box is 350lbs and very well put together. However he and our son put it together within a few hours. Very easy to assemble and wiring instructions are super clear. Fits in our barndominium perfectly and will be a great add to our getaway and relax home. Heats up in about 20-30 minutes to 150, easy to connect to bluetooth for music. The IR heating technology works great and has red light therapy.

We bought this sauna to help with aching joints and residual Lyme symptoms, though we'd wanted a sauna for some time. This was the first we'd seen at this very favorable price point, at a size that would fit easily in the house, and did not require special wiring.Setup was not difficult. My husband and I, without hurrying, had it up and running in about an hour. Two people are vital for at least one heavy, awkward step, and it's preferable to have two people for at least three other steps. Assembly was easy. Instructions were clear. It plugged into a standard outlet in our family room without a problem.A sauna for one to two people... two people can fit, if you're both fairly thin and really, really like each other! Otherwise it's genuinely quite comfortable for one person.The feet/legs -- as others have noted -- do not get as warm, but sitting sideways on the bench takes care of that. I tuck a towel along the bottom edge of the door, which helps. I didn't want to do weather stripping along the door because I DO want some fresh air coming in!I can't stand wet-heat saunas, as they make me feel like I'm suffocating, but this dry heat is delicious. I started at 120F and worked my way up to 137F for about 25 minutes. It feels good. It feels right. My Norse ancestors used saunas regularly, for health and cleanliness, and this sauna feels very right for me.It makes joints hurt less and feel more flexible. I've only skipped one day in the 2 months since we got it. It's a very good ritual to have in the day, both for the health benefits of the sauna itself, and for the enforced quiet, resting time it creates.The speakers work well with an MP3 player. The colored lights are also a pleasant addition.One of the cats has become quite fanatical about joining me in the sauna, but I only let her stay for the first five minutes, both for her safety, and as I get sweaty, I don't want fur glued to me.This is a fine product. I'm very pleased with it.

Easy assembly, Two people a must, well built takes around 39 minutes to hit 140, tops out at 151 for a few minutes the drips back to 149, this unit will make you sweat gallons, nice speakers , blue tooth easy connect, definitely a one person fit. Works great , highly recommend

Easy to set up, need at least 2 people. Works well, really enjoy it. You can fit 2 average size people in it, but it is close quarters. Heats up fairly fast, I usually go in right after I start it up. Seems well made, and looks nice.

** The Good:The unit itself is pretty great. Just finished my inaugural session doing 30 mins at 140. Took about 30 minutes to heat up which isn't bad - just flip it on and do something else for half an hour. It feels sturdy and the compact nature of it really concentrates the heat. The chromotherapy light is great and the bluetooth connection worked out of the box.Assembly was actually a lot easier than I anticipated, though the assembly instructions aren't super helpful. I did it solo and it took a little over an hour. Note: I'm 6'5'' and used some creative bracing techniques to hold the sides up while I shimmied and locked everything into place. I imagine it'd be much easier with two people.** The Bad:I feel like this thing has some design flaws. There's some sort of heating element (or heat reflector?) under the slatting on the floor of the unit. The manual says not to get much sweat on this piece as it could result in damage. Well, I sweat a lot - and this is a sauna. The element is smack dab in the middle of the floor area - right under where I typically hang my head and let sweat drip. Their suggestion is to put a towel across your knees to catch the sweat. My suggestion to the manufacturer is: split the element in two and move it out to the edges of the floor.The magazine rack feels useless. I sweat too much to have paper in the sauna. The AUX input also feels useless. Bluetooth works great.** The Ugly:WTH with this shipping? On one hand, I'm stoked. I ordered the unit 48 hours ago and now I'm sweating away in my sauna. Awesome. But the order in my Amazon account is still showing as "Arriving October 26 - November 3." I click for more info and go through to the carrier site to track the shipment, it shows as "picked up by carrier." It also states that someone from the carrier company will text you to schedule delivery. I was getting home from walking my dog and there was a huge package strapped to a pallet in my driveway and a delivery truck idling outside my house. I asked the driver if he could at least help me get it into my garage. "It says curbside, so..." And that was it. So I spent about 30 minutes trying to come up with a way to get it in my garage but ended up laying the box down, opening it up and moving each piece into my garage individually.Delivery time: great.Delivery service: garbage.

Bought this for a screaming deal on Black Friday. Putting it together was intuitive, but the directions were not the most helpful. Had to figure a couple of things out usin the old noggin. For the price, this sauna is amazing. Solid material. Speakers are great. Light therapy is awesome. Heats up quickly. Don’t really understand the aux plugin or the towel/magazine rack (towel rack would fit only the smallest towel imaginable). You don’t have to get high heat with IR before you start feeling it. I’ll often just set it at 120 for 20 mins and I usually use it 3 times/wk.Highly recommend buying this!!
