Solid product. Great keyboard. Awesome customer service
This was a great purchase. I've had it over a month use it everyday probably 2 and 1/2 3 hours. Of it being active and for the most part of that time being used. It is a solid item. It's got good weight to it doesn't feel cheap one of the things that somebody mentioned is that the keys have a nice feel and sound to them. As far as the sound there isn't much of one you can hear yourself typing but it's not a clankity sound. There's no resistance in the keys the light up feature is nice it holds my tablet and phone or two tablets standing landscape perfectly although if you do a lot of copying pasting or pushing up on the screen, it will loosen and want to fall out. But if the groove that it sits in was any deeper it would get in the way. The angle at which it sits for me could have been a little less but it's probably the proper angle for your common desk size and height and the way you're actually supposed to sit. Switching between Bluetooth is easy. Again I'll mention the charge, it arrived with battery half-charged probably I used it for about 20 minutes to make sure I liked it charged it up and I just charged it last night so that's about a month and a half of use before the light on the keyboard started blinking. The one thing I do wish it had were feet to allow it to raise up in the back. But having those could cause complications with the tablet holder. There is also a USB port adapter thingy that that is nestled into the back or bottom of the keyboard so if you don't want to use Bluetooth, you have that option. I will admit there is one key on the keyboard that doesn't act like the rest when it's pressed. It functions just fine but the noise it makes is slightly different than all the rest. And that is the control button on the left hand side. Absolutely not a deal breaker but if you have OCD you will notice it. Again it's still functions just fine it doesn't stick it's just a little bit different feeling when you press it then all the rest of the keys. Huge note huge, I had to call support and not because of the keyboard but because of chat GPT and me thinking something wasn't connecting right between that app and the keyboard. I called customer support they answered on the third ring the lady was very knowledgeable and very friendly and spoke English, I believe it was California. And she got intrigued by the situation, downloaded the app went to the warehouse and pulled one of these keyboards and tried to duplicate the situation I was having, and she did and she came back with an answer on how to fix it. Again it was not an issue with the keyboard, it was an issue with the app. And the simple fix was I believe hitting the option button and R, which tells the keyboard it's interfacing with an Android device, making it more precise to that system. You can also do that for Mac PC or iOS. Blown away by the customer support. She called me back 45 minutes later. That alone should sell the keyboard. What customer support does that anymore? Not many if you can name three off the top of your head I'd be shocked. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. Would absolutely buy again and undoubtedly recommend. I would absolutely recommend and actually have. 10 Stars

Outstanding keyboard with excellent features and quality build
I got rid of my mechanical kb since the switches were starting to fail. Since I'm working on PC & MAC, a switchable kb that works with each OS seemed in order. I first bought the ProtoArc Backlit Bluetooth Keyboard, which wasn't bad, but had one major deal-breaker: the ALT key for PC was in the wrong spot. This messed with my muscle memory from years of using specific shortcuts and was very distracting. So I gave this one a try instead and like it so much better.Pros:Key action seems consistent and even and have good feedback bounce.Case feels more solid when typing (see next point)Much stiffer than the ProtoArc kb. The docking slot along the top also serves as a beam that stiffens the board. The ProtoArc was a little bendy.Easy to set up and assign BT to each machine.Multi lighting levels are nice and not overly bright.Channel switching is almost instantaneous.Fantastic price! Just over $30 with coupons (as of writing this)Cons:Wish it didn't have smaller F-keys along the top (probably to accommodate the dock slot)Nice to have 3 channels for device connection, but the dongle one is actually slower and less responsive than either of the Bluetooth ones. That's odd, but not a deal-breaker as I simply use the 2 BT channels.Be nice if it had tilt-riser feet built in, but those are easy enough to add. You can buy stick-on ones, but I use a strip of wood attached with 2 sided tape. (Neither kb had the feet)I really had to search to find out how to lock the F-keys.Instructions could be better.Final thoughts: Excellent kb, especially for this price. I don't use the slot for tablet or phone, but I might just put a printout of hot keys there! I love it so far, so we'll see how it ages.

Exceeded expectations
I have been using this keyboard for a few weeks. The 2 device function is awesome as I switch back and forth between my iPad and iPhone typing often. Most of my work is on the go so I’m pretty rough on keyboards, it has done great so far and I think it is tuff enough to last me a while. I love that it has a bigger more robust keyboard compared to the dinky flat ones. This one causes less wrist strain and less typing errors for me. Not as great as my favorite full sized split keyboard, but I have yet to find one that connects via Bluetooth. The battery life so far has been a non-issue, I have plugged it in overnight about every 3 days not knowing how low the battery is. I do like that it turns off automatically after 20 minutes of no use I have forgotten to turn it off almost every time I’ve used it. It also works when plugged in. If it lasts 6 months it will be worth buying again.

Had an issue with one of the keys, but seller was quick to replace the keyboard.
Great feeling and quiet with the added convenience of the phone holder. A little bit thin if you have a bulky case on your phone, but works as a pencil/pen holder if nothing else. The second one seems to work correctly, so I'm sure I'll be plenty happy with it. Love the fact that it's bluetooth and rechargeable.

Acceptable, good bang for the buck.
Overall an acceptable keyboard. I have found the CMD/ALT key on the left of the space bar to be a little sticky. Maybe this is because it is new and will wear off whatever might be rubbing against one another over time. I wish it had feet to raise the rear of the keyboard, I just put a 1/2" piece of board under the back edge and that works. Depending on how low or high you have your monitors, putting your phone or tablet in the slot may block your view, but the slot works as advertised. Basically good bang for the buck, there are nicer keyboards but they cost appreciably more.
