Will these batteries work with the stock Sport Cub S2 charger?

I don't know what type of charger you have but the battery connection point (MCX) is the same as a standard e-flight battery for this plane. Seller says its a (micro jst) but my charger says its a (mcx). May I suggest buying a multiple port type battery charger (ac/dc) which costs around 30 dollars or so. It will ensure hours of flying fun without having to stop and charge batteries. That is if you purchase more batteries.

Can I use this battery with sport cup S2?

I use these batteries on my sport cub s2 and they work great. They are bigger than the ones that come with the RTF model but still fit nicely in the same location. Just add Velcro to stick this to the plane.

This is a replacement of the eflb5001s25um?

No, it's a replacement for the smaller battery, with smaller connector fu ultra micros: It replaces the eflb1501s25 but it's slightly wider - I had to cut the battery carrier on my blade nanoCPX to make it fit, but it works awesome.
