The latest top of the line robot vacuum cleaner from Ecovacs delivered on 29th September. I am pretty happy with my purchase in the last 10 days almost.This is my second robot vacuum cleaner from Ecovacs. The earlier one was Ecovacs Deebot N10 purchased in August 2023. That machine served me well for more than an year. I have a hairy furry pet dog.. Dog hair is my houses biggest dirt. The earlier machine had difficulty with that in dealing with hair in the roller of the robot. causing it to have difficulty in cleaning and required frequent detangling. Also manual emptying of the dust bin and filling and cleaning the mop plates were a pain for the older machine.All these shortcoming have been overcome in the ecovacs deebot x5 pro omni. The machine has 400% increase in vacuuming power and automatic mop precleaning and post cleaning function with mop drying too. I think it is a complete package for household floor cleaning. Overall the cleaning and battery life has also been improved too. The App of Ecovacs is the best thing of the package. it is clean and precise and easy to handle. Managing the robot is easy through the app. Google integration though claimed, dont think it is functional atleast in India. I am able to add the robot to Google home but there is no connection. Commands dont work.Cons:-Cost is on the higher side, probably because neither the machine nor the spares are made in India- Availability of spares is less, again probably because it is a new product. no spares available on amazon india- Voice through Alexa, Google and its own Ok Yiko is not workingI would recommend this robot vacuum cleaner for those who don't mind paying a little extra for a super clean home. Hope it would be able to clean more things than the floor which it does now. :-)

We purchased Ecovacs X8 Pro after comparing with many products in this segment. We found X8 pro perfect product in robotic cleaning segment. X8 PRO introduced with Ozmo roller mop with self cleaning and drying. After adding the cleaning solution the floor shine like a professional cleaning. It has a 18000 Pa suction power which leave no dust on the floor and automatic dust collection. With Ozmo roller it make mopping perfect and hasle free.Demo service provided by trained person enabled us very well how to use it.The assoceries and cleaning solution should be made more cost effective.Overall, we love this product using almost more than a month and no issue faced. Easy to operate using voice command and mobile App.

The runtime is excellent, easily covering large spaces without needing a recharge. Edge cleaning is noticeably better with than the older models. Cleaning the station and refilling water once in a week is more than enough and thus saves lot of effort.One thing to keep in mind, though the device itself is feature-rich, there is some ongoing maintenance cost. Replacement parts like mop pads, filters, and brushes will need to be purchased periodically. Overall, it’s a great investment for hassle-free cleaning, just plan ahead for the upkeep.

The media could not be loaded. After good research, we identified this product. We have a pet and we needed a deebot. Advantages-1) battery life is good. It can vaccum my 1800sqft room with one charge. Mop+vaccum would need 2 pass.2) suction power is good. It cleans very well.3) installation/maintenance is simple, i do it myself. Accessories are costly but you can purchase non branded ones on Amazon. Branded accessories would cost you 12k/yr4) Mopping is good. They don't have the cleaning solution in india. If the mop pads are not dry, it will give a stinking smell all around. But, this is the case for every mop.5) ecovacs india seller is very responsive, helpful. They sent a person for demo in 2 days in Hyderabad. WhatsApp, email interactions are very prompt.6) navigation. It does not get stuck in places. It avoids things/onjects on floor also. It will not suck up your charging cable.The bad part-If you obstruct it's return to omni station, it will just keep on roaming everywhere and not return to omni station. Even if I take it to near omni station, it will just roam random. it is kind of annoying. It works great if it's return is not interrupted.Recommendation- highly recommend it to everyone. This is very good and a must have for pet parents.
