can you use different Adhesive since this dont stay on that long

I've been using it above my left ankle for about two months. No adhesives, just the sock holding it on. Every now and then I forget to put it on under my sock and about 10 or 11am I think, dang, my leg/ankle hurts again. But I put the patch back under the sock and the rest of the day is comfortable. BTW, I've had leg and ankle xrays, CT scans, ultra sounds 2x. And three MRIs of my left leg and back, as well as EMG testing. The only thing that showed up was spinal stenosis. My ankle was swollen for two years and sometimes I could hardly walk. I've been to PT 3x, which did help. But I figured I might as well try the Kallio. No more swollen ankle. Pain is now rare. So if it is a placebo, hey, I'll take it.

What’s the difference between the 10 patches for $24 and the single for $119?

Hi there. The difference is that the (10) pack for $24 is just the adhesive backings. The single for $119 is the actual Kailo patch with the carry box, felt adhesive holder, and (I believe) 3 adhesive patches. Hope this helps!

Can this be classified as a wireless tens device? sure seems to work with the same theory of electrically "tricking" the brain/nerves?

A TENS unit doesn't "trick" the brain, it actually works by interrupting the electrical pain/nerve impulses TO the brain, where our pain is interpreted.

Needs to be a1to 2 in longer ?

Hi! Our original Kailo patches are the same size. If you feel you need something larger, you may place 2 Kailos end-to-end or side-by-side to cover more area.
