The CCTV camera is value for money, after I receive the parcel. The box was in good condition in sealed packed. There were no alteration or tampering in the box. The CCTV camera is working smooth, video quality is satisfied. I'm happy with my purchase. Night vision and AI motion detection is working good.

What a product by TPlink. Really outstanding quality as i am using this for more than 6 month, it takes showers and sun heat regularly but still steady and in good condition. Installation is quite easy, anyone can do it itself. Need a broadband connection modem or router and after small steps it successfully connected. The pan and tilt feature is very much handful and it functioned it so well. Audio quality is loud enough for the visitors near and their audio is also clear. For home or outdoor security it is the best outdoor camera to have.

After prolonged live streaming, the camera may occasionally stop streaming live, although it continues recording in the background. Once you reboot the camera, the live streaming resumes.2. Another tiny issue I've encountered is with the camera's rotation. When there's movement directly beneath it, the camera sometimes fails to fully track and rotate to follow the object as needed.3. NO NIGHT VISIONThis feature is available in C510W TP-Link 2K 3MP model, with 3 different mode; Infrared mode, full colour mode, smart mode (switch from infrared to full colour mode when detect any activity).4. Extremely Disappointing Experience with the TP-Link Tapo C500 Outdoor Pan/Tilt Home Security WiFi Smart Camera –No repair/ replacement service available in Goa. Would Not Recommend!I purchased the TP-Link Tapo C500 with high hopes for my home security setup, but unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Initially, the camera worked fine for a few days after installation, but that was short-lived. The camera abruptly stopped responding, failed to save any recordings, and the LED lights have remained completely unlit. The device has completely malfunctioned and it has completely stopped working and is now useless.What makes this situation even more infuriating is that there’s no repair service available in Goa, which leaves me with no options for support or resolution. As a Goan customer, this is especially disappointing—I'm left with a non-functional product and no way to get it fixed or replaced locally.I had high expectations for this product, but it has sadly turned out to be a poor investment. I’m now left with no choice but to seek a return / replacement, but the lack of local service options has only made this experience worse. I strongly advise against purchasing this camera if you’re in Goa or if you value reliable customer service. It's a gamble that simply isn't worth it.

This was a good choice. The setup was easy and quick. Image quality of the camera (day and night) is impressive, and the mobile app features are intuitive and user-friendly. Overall, a good purchase that we are very satisfied with the camera.

I am using this camera since last month and writing this review. If you have good wifi then go for it. If there are walls, then the wifi router and camera distance should be 10–15 feet max. If camera gets rebooted due to power failure or any other reason, the camera will set to default position (which you cannot set). The camera required internet access to download all the settings from the cloud when rebooted. This one thing fails when it is most needed.When you stream using an app, the camera and app require an internet connection. It won't stream only via WiFi; I don't know why they stream via the cloud when the camera and app are connected to the same network.The app must save all the settings inside camera memory, and it should be able to set one single default position. So whenever it gets rebooted, it will work without requiring the internet.I hope this review is helpful!

Quality is good but compatibility is zero, most of the time its getting offline if you trying to do some functionality test like roate talk thats time its getting hang and camera is getting offline for long time. Not recommended
