Works great - be careful applying it.
Applied it to my convertible top and so far it has worked great. I applied it about a month ago and haven't had any rain but I did test it out and water beads up and rolls off easily. I washed my top the other day and about 24 hours after it had dried I tested the top out and water beaded right up and rolled off. 303 Fabric guard does what it says it does and it sticks to what you spray it on...Hence, a Warning... Before I applied it, I taped off all of the panels and the windows around my car's convertible top and covered them with plastic. You do WANT to take the time to do this. However, I didn't completely cover all of my windshield. The day I applied it there was a light breeze and some of the spray landed on my windshield. I didn't notice it until I got into the car. I tried wiping it away - no such luck. In fact, I had to use window cleaner and even rubbing alcohol with dedicated rubbing to get the spots off. However, the 303 first smears and then it finally comes off the window. I spent about a half hour, working inch by inch, trying to get it off. 303 is strong! So, you've been warned, you don't want it on your paint or your glass unless you really like frustrating yourself trying to get your car clean!I recommend it for a protectant!

Have an extra spray bottle ready
This product work water proofing.. But plan on purchasing am addition bottle for your application. Plus their supplier of spray nozzles are not the best, I ended up using an old window clearer bottle/sprayer for the majority of the application.

Product is great, squirt bottle is garbage
I've purchased this 3 times from Amazon. The first one, the sprayer quit working with half the bottle remaining. The second bottle, the level on the sprayer was just flat out missing. The third bottle I just purchased worked for about 10 squirts before it stopped working.I purchased a squirt bottle used by janitorial services and safe to use with chemicals and just pour the contents of the original bottles into it.As for the 303 Fabric Guard itself, the stuff works amazing, that's why I bought a different bottle instead of returning it. The stuff just works so well!

useless
The spray bottle is completely useless. The liquid simply does not come out. I changed from the "spray" mode to "stream" mode and barely a drop comes out in the stream mode. Shook it, cleaned it and still nothing - barely a drop. I had to buy a different spray bottle to transfer the liquid and it finally worked with my new bottle. I believe quality control is dead. I just hope the liquid inside is better than the bottle.

Protection for water and rain
Well I got my frist gazebo and did not take the cloth canopy off snow ripped it. Upon getting a new canopy I sprayed it with the sun & water repellent spray. This year when I took it off it looked like new. When I put iit back on in the spring I’m going to give it another spray. It keeps my canopy cover looking good no sun fading. If you have patio. Umbrella, or fabric canopy it’s great.

Best recommended stuff I've seen, doesn't go far
Have to see how it lasts, One bottle almost all of it for one convertible top, said make it wet so I did. Doesn't seem to go that far tho.
