Amazing
I purchased this to repair one of my horse rugs so far so good, covered the rip and kept it waterproof, definitely worth the purchase as buying at new rug at an expense

Did the job on cycling jacket on inside
Didn't stick on outer coating of luminous cycle jacket but did on inner very impressively. Used it to repair headphone cable that had exposed wiring. Very effective & given favourite phones extra life. If i had a criticism it's the sellotape used to pack the folded strip. There is residue left on the tape from it, making the surface of film sticky.

This sticks well and does the job but after 4 ...
This sticks well and does the job but after 4 weeks in the sun on top of our gasebo the clear plastic has turned brown - so the sunlight does change the colour.

Online video suggested use inside rip
An online video suggested using this internally for a coat repair so you don't get a shiny patch on the outside and in our case a tricky seam crossing. It was a bit fiddly to insert as it is fairly sticky, but it was possible to peel the fabric once roughly in place and reposition a little. The wrong end of some tweezers were a useful tool to help manipulate it. I restitched the section of seam that was involved afterwards to close up a tiny gap and touched up two other tiny gaps with sharpie. It's not quite perfect, but not a bad repair for a complex rip in a tricky fabric (attached pics). Given it only needs a tiny amount of tape and you have to buy 1m, maybe check no friends have invested first. It was fiendishly hard to peel off the backing paper - it kept splitting and leaving a layer behind. So a mark docked for that. Now to see if it holds.

Works a treat.
This tape works really well.Just make sure all the filling is moved away from the rip, pop the tape inside sticky side up pull the rip together, press down, rip repaired.

Does not adhere properly
Very disappointed, it does not adhere meaningfully to my outdoor trousers, it peels off with no effort, certainly wouldn't survive a wash, the tape is folded rather than rolled so is pre-creased and bound together by tape that is tough to peal off without damaging the actual tape and leaves a sticky residue when you do. Altogether highly unrecommended if you're trying to salvage outdoor clothing as touted, I've no doubt it sticks admirably to some surfaces and does indeed appear to be tuff.
