I found this really helpful as I workout a fair bit and also helps me with sleep. I’ve noticed a difference in how my muscles feel and also better sleep.

Nature Provides is pretty much the only company I trust for supplements on Amazon. I have re-bought their Vit D, magnesium, and Liposomal Vit C over and over. They are based in the UK and seem to be genuine good people. .I have tried various different magnesiums but this is the best, and it really helps me relax and sleep better at night, and especially calms my bruxism (night time teeth clenching). Its a bit on the pricier side so I take 3 at night instead of the 4 as advised, but get the good results. Also it has never upset my stomach.Highly recommended.

Helps me sleep

I have been suffering from severe muscle ache in my right hip & leg due to an injury. After taking this magnesium I felt my leg muscles physically relax and after some time I have managed to heal and make a full recovery. This magnesium also helps with my sleep. I definitely notice a difference in the depth of sleep when I do not take the magnesium. What I love about it is it is a clean product without unnecessary fillers. It's my go to in magnesium products and great value for money.

I wish there could be a way of trying supplements before I buy. I took my time to source the products well but I'm very sensitive and have nasty side effects. It's expensive to find out when you pay for a bottle.I'm sure this product is excellent, but not for me. I also bought B12, I can't take either. 😕

I have been taking these magnesium tablets for a while now and I'm so pleased to find them on Amazon as it makes ordering so quick and easy.I have tried so many different magnesium product but these are by far the best. Within a few days of taking them I was sleeping like a log. Not even waking for a nighttime toilet break, if you know what I mean., which is unheard of!I have noticed an overall difference in my body when taking them and I now wouldn't be with out them.Definitely 5 stars.

The front of the bottle makes it look like you’re getting 120 x 240mg tablets. YOU ARE NOT. The back of the bottle, which they conveniently leave out of the pictures, states a ‘serving’ (240mg) is 4 tablets and the bottle contains only 30 servings. BAD ADVERTISING by this brand.

I wanted to take a magnesium that didn’t contain unnecessary ingredients, support my sleep and calm my nervous system - so I chose this one and have been really pleased.I’ve not had any issues with sleeping before, and always thought I slept deeply, but taking this supplement my sleep has hit a different level of depth.
